This past weekend we went to the Children’s Festival. It was a fun time for all. Lots of activities and things for the kids to go and fun characters for the kids to see. One of their favorite things was the kites. They each got to make their own kite out of a grocery bag, string, and two thin wooden dowels. It was also the perfect day for kite flying! They really enjoyed it and have flown their kites at home several times since.
